Every bus has a front bike rack, free to use with your fare. You load and unload your own bike. Tell the operator before you unload so they know you’re at the front of the bus.

Strollers

You can board with your child in the stroller. To keep everyone safe:

  • Maximum stroller size is two feet wide by four feet long
  • Hold the stroller, apply the brakes, and keep it out of the aisle
  • Securement devices are for wheelchairs and scooters, not strollers
  • The safest place for a young child on a moving bus is in an adult’s arms

Service and comfort animals

Certified service animals ride free, always. Non-certified comfort animals are also welcome. You’re responsible for your animal’s behaviour, and staff can deny entry to animals acting aggressively.

[PLACEHOLDER: policy on pets in carriers — confirm whether small pets in enclosed carriers are permitted, as riders frequently ask]

Priority and courtesy seating

Seats near the front door marked with the blue decal are priority seating for riders with disabilities. Courtesy seating is for seniors, expectant mothers, and adults with infants or small children. If you don’t need these seats, leave them free or offer them to someone who does.

Keep it clean

No food or drinks on board. Keep feet off the seats and take your garbage with you. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm whether closed-lid drinks are permitted — current policy says no food or drink]

Your belongings

Keep bags on your lap or at your feet, out of the aisle. Check your seat before you exit. Left something behind? Visit Lost and Found.
