Here’s how to check whether it’s been turned in, and how to get it back.

Call before you come in. Check whether your item has been turned in before making a trip to pick it up.

1

Call to check first

Phone 1-833-678-5463, option 2 to find out whether your item has been turned in. This saves you a trip if it hasn’t arrived yet.

2

Find out which terminal has it

Items are sent to customer service based on the route they were left on. When you call, we’ll tell you which terminal to visit.

3

Pick it up during business hours

Bring ID and be ready to describe your item. Only the owner can claim it, we don’t release items to anyone else.
