From Thorold Stone Road the 109 will merge onto the QEW Toronto, exit Mountain Road, left on Mountain Road, left on Kalar Road, left on Montrose Road to Mount Carmel Plaza. From Morrison Dorchester Hub the 50, 60, 60A will turn right on Dorchester Road, QEW Fort Erie to the 420, right on Montrose Road, left on Thorold Stone Road to regular routing. The 55, 65, 65A will use the same detour in reverse.
