Route 403 will turn right onto Rykert St from Pelham Rd then left onto Louth St, then right onto Valley Rd then left onto Louth St to regular route. Route 423 will make a right onto Pelham Rd then a left onto Rykert St then a left onto Louth St than a right onto MacTurnbull St to regular route. If you need to get downtown and usually board the 403 between Rykert St and Glendale Ave, please cross the street and catch the 415 West St Catharines to Downtown. Emergency crews stated that the road will be closed for the rest of the night.
